In addition, once we've narrowed down what you are looking for, we can begin the home showing process so you can get a closer look at the homes that should be a good fit. I also offer a unique service in that I am also a Sr. Loan Officer for HomeRun financial.  I am experienced and qualified to also provide mortgage loans.  You can use me strictly as your Realtor or strictly for your home loan or for both services.  By utilizing me for both services, I can give you a very good discount on your loan and you only have to use one person for both.  However, you can use your own lender, if you prefer.  By understanding both sides of the transaction, I can work with your lender to make sure you experience a smooth process throughout the purchase of your home.
